Jerry Garcia is the owner of Avalon Roofing Services. My career began in the roofing industry in 1993. I began as a "grunt", which is a general worker. Slowly but surely, I worked my way up to Journeyman roofer, then to Supervisor, then an Estimator & Project Manager for a multi-million dollar roofing company. I've learned a lot in my nearly 30-year career. But I think this is the most important lesson I've learned. A successful roofing company is more than just giving customers a nice roof. What I consider to be equally important is building the highest possible level of TRUST with the customer. That means making sure the customers know that our number one priority is them.
